Topic: Thunderbird si chiude inaspettatamente con windows 10

Salve sto impazzendo lavorando con le email e il pc tutto il giorno Thunderbird si chiude 10000 volte al giorno non so più che fare, ho windows 10 aggiornato agli ultimi eventi. Vi allego anche l'errore che mi da quando si hciude:

quel che ho capito finora leggendo un po' di cose:
1. L'errore dipende da qualche novità introdotta da W10 1803 nelle gestione della cartella AppData e/o del registro (è solo un'ipotesi)
2. Creando un nuovo profilo e poi spostando le cartelle di posta la maggior parte degli utenti ha risolto
3. La versione Portable non sembra afflitta dal problema (il che rafforza l'ipotesi 1)

Se vuoi provare, puoi seguire il punto 2 o 3 senza compromettere il profilo attuale. Chiedi pure se hai dei dubbi.

Scusate, ma io ho fatto di tutto, ho aggiornato di driver della scheda video, di tutto di più, come è consigliato qua, ma thunderbird si chiude sempre non appena apro un programma in contemporanea ho eseguo altre operazioni!!!
Potete aiutarmi a risolvermi il problema!!! Non riesco più a far niente e, con grande rammarico, sto pensando di cambiare. Vi prego aiutatemi!
