Topic: Non si aprono i link da dentro le e-mail di Thurderbird (non si apre firefox)

Salute a tutti,
seguendo le indicazioni di ubuntu, che mi chiedeva di avanzare di versione per supportare i nuovi aggiornamenti mi si è istallata una nuova versione di Thunderbird 3.0.4pre chiamata Schredder. Il primo problema, meno importante, è che si è istallato in inglese invece che in italiano e non so come riportarlo in italiano. Il secondo problema, più grave, è che non mi si aprono più i link dall'interno delle e-mail. Cioè cliccando su un link non si apre più in automatico firefox, ma una finestra che dice "Choose an Application". Solo che le vie che si aprono per scegliere l'applicazione non mi portano a firefox né ad un altro browser.

La versione che hai installato non è una versione ufficiale. Ti domando a questo punto se nel sources.list hai inserito repository come "Ubuntu-proposed" oppure altri repository non ufficiali.

grazie della tua risposta.  Ecco qui sotto cosa mi compare come sources list.  Io non ci capisco niente. Quando il sistema mi ha proposto di aggiornare ho dato una serie di "yes" e forse qualcuno era sbagliato.  Adesso come potrei fare per tornare ad un Thunderbird affidabile senza perdere niente (posta, ribrica..)?
