Sorry for writing in English, but my Italian is a bit rusty 

I've just discovered MozUp Launcher, but I couldn't find anywhere what license it is distributed under. Is MozUp Launcher open source?

I don't know the exact license of the launcher, but I can tell you that it's not open source software up to now; maybe it can be moved to an os license in the future.

Qualcuno, molto inopportunamente, continua a parlarne in altre sedi.
Non aggiungo nulla per non creare altre polemiche, ma decisamente quel qualcuno (che ci legge) potrebbe pure smetterla ed affrontare le cose da uomo (= corretto!), magari confrontandosi pacatamente con i diretti interessati
