Topic: Filtri non più modificabili

Buonasera è da un paio di giorni che non riesco, ne a modificare, ne a creare nuovi filtri, succede che nelle regole del filtro, finestra "esegui queste azioni" non trova più nesssuna cartella disponibile



Qualcuno mi potrebbe aiutare ?

In Safe-Mode il problema è ancora presente?

Ho riavviato in Safe Mode ma purtroppo il problema resta.

Allora prova con la creazione di un nuovo profilo (vale anche per Thunderbird).

Anche creando un nuovo profilo non ho risolto il problema, per di più da quando l'ho avviato in modalità provvisoria non è tornato più come in origine e quindi mi sono sparite le icone per assegnare subito una etichetta o l'icona per eliminare una mail. Come preseguo. Saluti

Allora, sono quasi certo che la causa è proprio Ccleaner, quindi per favore NON spuntare le sue voci nel menu che riguarda Thunderbird nella scheda delle applicazioni.
Fatto questo, ti rimane il problema.

Come risolverlo?
Inizia a disinstallare Thunderbird.
Poi rinomina la cartella del programma proprio in C:/Programmi o quella che è la directory del tuo s.o.
Poi rinomina la cartella dei dati personali di Thunderbird in %appdata%.
Scarica la versione di Thunderbird che ti aggrada.
Installalo.
Fallo partire.
E' tutto vergine, adesso... che cosa succede? Hai la possibilità di assegnare subito una etichetta o l'icona per eliminare una mail?
Dovresti averla.
Chiudi il programma e scrivici come va, ti diremo i passi successivi quali sono per recuperare posta, rubrica, filtri, account, antispam.
L'unico componente aggiuntivo che hai (Lightning) lo potrai recuperare in seguito.

Ho fatto come consigliato e sembra che adesso i filtri funzionano, adesso mi è rimasto il problema di ripristinare tutte le mail, i gruppi gliaccount ecc. precedenti. Come faccio
