The Best Laminate Floor Cleaning Machine Reviews
« il: 16 Settembre 2021 05:17:00 »
Laminate floors, while beautiful, aren’t known to be very durable. Because the lamination is very sensitive, it has to be carefully maintained. If not, your floors will quickly deteriorate.

When that happens, aside from making your house look shabby, it will cost you a lot to restore it. The average repair cost for laminated floors is around $800 on average.

Fortunately, there is a one-size-fits-all solution to this: get yourself a good laminate floor cleaner machine. It is specially designed to take care of laminated floors, so you don’t have to worry about getting it wrong.

The following models are currently among the best-selling laminate wood floor cleaning machines in 2021. Check them out and see if you like any!

1/ Miele Complete C3 PowerLine Alize

Although it is quite expensive, if you have the budget, we’re confident that the Miele Complete C3 PowerLine Alize will be well-worth the price. Right now, it is undoubtedly one of the best laminate flooring machines out there.

Our performance tests gave the C3 PowerLine Alize excellent scores on bare floors. It managed to pick up everything (100%) of all dirt and debris on our test surfaces. It left a few strands of pet hair behind, but it picked up a good 99% of hair.

The vacuum’s design is great and highly maneuverable. Its wheels roll very smoothly and don’t scratch the floor.

Ergonomics are great, too. All of our testers reported that the PowerLine Alize is very comfortable to use.

The only problem we have with this vacuum is that, beside its high initial purchase price, it also has a lot of recurring costs. Remember that this is a bagged vacuum. Every couple of weeks, you will have to replace the dust bag inside with a new one.

These bags (Miele’s Type GN AirClean 3D), while they are very high-quality, are expensive. Plus, you will also have to replace the air filters inside of the vacuum regularly, too.

However, if you have the finance to back it up, it may easily be the best laminate floor cleaning machine you’ve ever used!

2/ Bissell PowerEdge Pet Hardwood Floor Cleaner, 81L2A

The Bissell PowerEdge Pet was designed from the very start to clean hardwood floors only. But this vacuum doesn’t just work great on hardwood. During our tests, our engineers found that the 81L2A is a dream to use on laminate floors, too!

Bissell has equipped the PowerEdge Pet 81L2A with rubber squeegees instead of the traditional brush-and-bristle combo. Rubber squeegees are much less abrasive and won’t scratch the sensitive lamination.

That is the decisive factor that put the PowerEdge Pet 81L2A into our list of the best laminate floor cleaner machines.

The vacuum can generate a decent amount of suction power. It can lift dirt, a variety of debris, and pet hair fairly easily.

Cleaning is made significantly easier with the unique V-shaped cleaning head. It lets you gather more dirt and debris with each pass than the traditional bar design. Additionally, it is easier to fit the V-shaped head into corners and tight spaces, as well.

The PowerEdge Pet 81L2A is a corded stick vacuum. Its power cord is 20 feet long.

As it is a bagless vacuum, it comes with an in-built dust cup. We estimated the cup’s volume to be around 0.5 dry quarts or so.

All in all, for a vacuum with a $50 price tag, this laminate wood floor cleaning machine is a steal. It’ll be especially great if you’re looking for an affordable vacuum to buy.

3/ Shark Rocket Pet Pro MultiFlex IZ163H

If a stick vacuum with conventional design is more your style, the Shark Rocket Pet Pro MultiFlex IZ163H will be a good choice.

The vacuum has received a pretty decent score on our hard floors test. It was able to clean up all dirt, debris, and pet hair on hardwood and laminate floors.

If you have a couple of rugs or stretches of carpeted area to clean, the Shark IZ163H will be up to the task. It has decent scores on both low-pile and high-pile carpets.

The vacuum’s design is very good. It is lightweight as well as maneuverable. We had no trouble at all maneuvering it between furniture or tight corners. For especially tight spots, you can remove the suction wand at the front and convert the IZ163H into a handheld vacuum.

It is a cordless vacuum and so uses an internal battery. Each charge will last anywhere between 10 to 40 minutes, depending on the cleaning mode.

Unlike the Miele Complete C3, its bagless design means you don’t have to purchase dust bags monthly. Its washable air filters also mean you don’t have to spend a lot on buying filters, either.

The only problem we faced with this vacuum is that it is pretty difficult to maintain. The brush roll, in particular, is tough to clean because it’s not removable. This is a pretty disappointing divergence from Shark’s accessible and easy-to-clean design.

Nonetheless, the way to clean the machine will still be mostly the same as other vacuums. You can check out our guide on how to clean shark vacuum - cleaning shark vacuum here for more information.

Other than this tiny drawback, it is an excellent laminate floor cleaning machine.

4/ Roborock S6

If it’s the most technologically-advanced laminate floor cleaner machine that you’re after, the Roborock S6 will be it.

It is a robotic vacuum that will clean the entire house for you automatically. There’s no need to push it around or steer it. All you have to do is to press a button and the robot will handle the rest.

On laminate floors, our Roborock S6 performed remarkably well. It can deal with big messes like cereal or rice spills. Pet hair isn’t an issue for the robot on this surface, either.

Alongside the standard vacuuming mode, the S6 also has a mopping mode. We do not recommend you to use this mode on laminate floors. The lamination layer is extremely sensitive to moisture. The robot could use too much water and ruin your floor. Only use the vacuum mode.

The vacuum comes with a top-of-the-line LiDAR navigation system. It allows the robot to make very accurate maneuvers. Compared to other robots, the Roborock S6 is less likely to get stuck, too.

You can pair up the robot with your smartphone through Roborock’s special app. From the app, you can monitor the robot, setup cleaning schedules, among other things.

The app integration is a huge plus if you’re looking to “smartify” your house.

Only complaint we have about this vacuum is that it has a pretty high recurring cost. Many parts, such as the air filter, have to be replaced regularly. Over time, this can drive up costs a lot.

Nonetheless, the automated cleaning function and its great laminate floor performance are worth it.
