Hi,

Some of you may have seen Mary's post about the upcoming Mozilla Service Week project that we will launch by the end of the month:

The idea is to incitate the larger Mozilla community to help people with technology (ex: help a not for profit organization opening their blog, help a school installing a wifi network...).

We want this mini-site that to be localized in many languages and we are going to use gettext for that. The texts are being written now but I would incitate people to start brainstorming in their localization communities on the possibility to localize the project name "Mozilla Service Week" into your language if you feel it is necessary. In some countries for example, service can be associated with military service and that's not what we want to promote

Since it is an image requiring design work, it's preferable to think about it sooner than later so as to give the graphics designer the time to create the image in many languages and give us time to check that the result is correct.

As soon as we get the text and strings done for this web application, I will file a bug and add it to the web dashboard as well as communicate about it in this newsgroup.

If you are interested in localizing this project, please reply to this message and indicate for which locale.

No, no! Sono stato mal interpretato (come disse il Premier... ).
Il lavoro risulterà fatto a nome di entrambi, come per il D Day. Ci mancherebbe altro, nel bug (quando verrà aperto) verrà chiarito che i traduttori per l'italiano sono due: tu e io.

Come tradurreste la frase citata fellows? 

Poiché Mary raccomanda:

Provide a translation for our preliminary start page snippet if you’re on a roll: “Be the Difference! Better your community during Mozilla Service Week,  June 22-29. Find out more.”

Ne approfitto per chiedere se è il caso di utilizzare la II pers. singolare oppure plurale, come per la traduzione del Download Day.

Io la frase l'ho tradotta così per ora:

Ovviamente è  solo una bozza che mi sono appuntato.
